We are Juan Carlos and Silvia – We are siblings and passionate about Texas, El Salvador, and Coffee!  We migrated to Texas from El Salvador in 1988 when we were young and we proudly have called Texas our home since that time.  We have been fortunate to have been able to maintain our link to El Salvador, our family, and our family’s coffee farms.  We have seen the trees grow, the coffee being picked, processed, roasted and enjoy the very best coffee in the world!

We are thrilled to bring our delicious coffee to you.  We hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!

Coffee has been part of our daily routine since childhood watching our grandparents, aunts, uncles, and parents gather around the dining table enjoying quality time.  To this day, on a weekend, our morning coffee can turn into an afternoon coffee while we gather around the table sharing ideas, working, laughing and just making memories.
